STANDING FIRM

Being an obedient Christian isn’t easy.

You start to see the world differently… and sometimes that difference feels isolating.

You can feel like an outcast.

You question yourself.

There are moments you want to give up and go back to what felt easier.

But that’s exactly where the battle is.

The enemy doesn’t come in loud—he comes in quietly.

Planting doubt.

Making you feel alone.

Twisting the truth just enough to confuse you.

But it’s a lie.

It has always been a lie.

This world has been broken since sin entered it.

It’s hard. It’s heavy.

Full of conflict, resentment, and people unwilling to forgive.

It was never meant to be easy.

But it is temporary.

And that’s what we have to remember—this life is short.

There’s a bigger picture.

A greater purpose.

This weekend, I felt that weight.

That quiet self-doubt creeping in.

So I prayed.

“Lord, protect me.

Give me strength to keep moving forward.

Help me not to fear what’s ahead.

Keep me from turning back.”

Because even in the doubt…

I know this truth:

The Lord is on my side.
